Biography Rosalind Franklin

Rosalind Franklin was born on July 25, 1920, and died on April 16, 1958 at the age of 37. Rosalin Franklin is a scientist who conducts research on the structure of DNA with Francis Crick, James Watson, and Maurice Wilkins with X-ray diffraction.
Rosalind Franklin has always loved facts. He thinks logically and precisely. She decided to become a scientist when he was 15 years old. Rosalind Franklin passing examinations and entering Cambridge University in 1938, she said he had a family crisis.
She graduated in 1941 and started working with his doctorate. His work focuses on issues of war, such as the properties of coal and charcoal and how to use them efficiently.

She published 5 works on the subject before she was 26 years old. Hers work remains quoted today, and is helping to propose a strong carbon fiber field. At the age of 26, Franklin received hers Ph.D. and the war just ended. She set out to work in X-ray diffraction — using X-rays to create an image of a solid being crystallized. She pioneered the use of this method in analyzing complex and disorganized materials such as large biological molecules, and not just single crystals.
Franklin made advances in X-ray diffraction techniques with DNA. It uses its tools to create a very sharp X-ray beam. She extracted DNA fibers better than ever before and arranged them in parallel bundles. And she studied the reaction of DNA fibers in moist conditions. All of which allowed her to find an important key to the structure of DNA.

During a professional visit to the United States, Franklin felt ill which he quickly recognized as uterine cancer. She continued to work for the next 2 years, through 3 surgeries and experimental chemotherapy and a 10 month remission. She worked until several weeks before hers death in 1958 at the age of 37.
